Eternal

Back from my travels I am looking again for descansos a little closer to home. I knew about this one but it’s in a pretty dangerous place so I hadn’t been able to shoot it until yesterday when I, admittedly, just took the chance and hoped for the best.

No markers that I could discern other than the names “Gabe, Ari, Isaac” and possibly “Karen” or “Kevin” written below the text “Eternally Loved and Forever Missed”. The Internet isn’t helpful on this one but I will keep looking.

The accident appears to be recent based on the accident tape and fresh disruption of gravel, although the memorial looks like it’s suffering a little bit. Maybe the families will revisit the location when the weather improves … but again, it’s a crazily dangerous place to be hanging out on the side of the road.
