I have realized that Colorado and New Mexico treat automobile-related deaths completely differently than the Pacific Northwest. Despite having names and dates, Google yields no information about the deaths of Ashley Maldon, Victor Hernandez, and Eladio Esparza Hernandez on October 13, 2013.

It’s not like the Internet was new in 2013, or news sites didn’t exist, so it has to be purposeful or cultural.

These descansos were well kept and appeared recently visited despite being over ten years old.
