Justin

I was on my way to a few descansos that Reddit had tipped me off to and I found Justin. The yellow cross popped against the foliage and he was impossible to miss.

Not much information about his passing — the Internet has another Justin dying in an accident on SW Eaton but the cross street is wrong so I’m not sure. I can see that he was into Rastafarian culture and turtles, and I suspect he died relatively recently given the shape of the beautiful painted rock at the base of his cross.

Seeing all these memorials with solar lights like Justin’s makes me wonder how a night shot would work? It would certainly be more dangerous for me to be standing in the road in the dark, that’s for sure, but the images of Pavel turned out nicely with just streetlights so who knows.
