Garet Nunnery rolled his car on Highway 197 early in the morning on December 1, 2021. His descanso, while simple, is set up to be lit at night which I think is a nice touch.
His funeral or memorial service must have been something based on this glass piece that was attached to the cross. I haven’t seen anything this elaborate in any of the descansos I have photographed so far.
He was twenty-five when he died.
