Sunflower

We almost missed this one, despite its size. It was well off the highway at the fence line, and if it weren’t for the burst of color from the sunflower we would have zipped right by.

No identifying information, no names or initials, no dates. Just two crosses and a few flowers. I took the opportunity to explore some new settings in Adobe Lightroom but I’m not sure if I like the results. That said, part of this project is me learning about my camera and Lightroom, so sometimes I’m gonna make mistakes.

You can probably tell I muted the background color and pushed the flowers; it was the flowers that got me to stop.
