Kim Douglas Houston was impaired and wasn’t wearing his seatbelt, according to OSP, when he crashed near the Redmond, Oregon back in 2017. Of course I’m sad about this death, but the police report says that his dog died in the accident so that makes me a little grumpy.

Don’t drive drunk or stoned is pretty obvious. Wear your seatbelt is pretty obvious. Don’t put other people or pets in danger because of your bad decisions … should also be obvious.
